Remigo One Overview

When Remigo built the Remigo One, they didn't redesign a gas outboard or knock off another electric outboard; they built it using first principles thinking from the ground up. The result is a sleek and durable motor that's incredibly easy to use and has very few points of failure. The Remigo One might not be the best electric outboard for every boater, but if you prioritize function over features and durability over range, the Remigo One is the choice for you.

Key Features

Built In Battery. The Remigo One Battery is built into its shaft. This eliminates the need for cables and exposed contacts to connect the battery to the motor, which is one of the most common points of failure for small electric outboards.

Lightest Electric Outboard in its Class. The Remigo One weighs just 26.5 pounds; this is inclusive of the shaft, tiller and the built in battery. The transom bracket weighs about 5.5 pounds, although it is unlikely you'd need to handle both at the same time. The total weight of 32 pounds is about 10-12 pounds lighter than other 3hp electric outboards. The weight of the Remigo One without the transom bracket is just a few pounds heavier than the shaft of other electric outboards without their batteries.

Unique Transom Bracket. The transom bracket of the Remigo One is designed to live on your transom or outboard bracket. Removing the motor is as simple as pulling out a pin and lifting the motor straight up. There's no need to undo the bolts on the transom bracket each time you'd like to bring your Remigo One home!

Durable Construction. The Remigo One is constructed with all marine grade aluminum housing and is IP67 rated. Compared to other electric outboards on the market, the Remigo One has less moving parts and fewer points of failure. It's also designed for saltwater, with one anode on the transom bracket and two anodes on the motor.

Multiple Charging Options. The Remigo One comes with its standard AC charger, which takes about 6 hours to charge the motor. There are three other chargers sold separately. The fact AC charger also plugs in to a regular wall outlet, but brings the charge time down to 3 hours. The Remigo 12v DC charger charges the motor in 10-12 hours. Remigo also makes a solar charge controller!

Adjustable Shaft Length. The Remigo One is one of the only electric outboards with an adjustable shaft length. Simply loosen the three bolts on the tiller bracket and slide the shaft up or down to get the perfect length for your boat. This makes the Remigo One an excellent choice for customers who want an electric outboard for use across multiple boats.
